• A "Proposal/Cost of Services Agreement" will be drafted for the client outlining the specific task to be performed, including terms and conditions before the project is commenced.  the "Proposal/Cost of Services Agreement" will be signed by client and either emailed or faxed back to AT2000, Inc., and a retainer fee will be required prior to project commencement.

• Daily fee for technical services are $950.00 (US Dollars) per day pro rated to $118.75 per hour (8 hour day).

• Hourly fee of $150.00 per hour for Litigation Support and $200.00 per hour for Expert Witness Testimony under oath. 

• All travel expenses including transportation by rail, taxi, bus, car rental and air travel will be billed as direct cost to the client.

• The following expenses will be billed as direct cost to the client:  Accommodations, meals, valet services, telephone/fax charges, postage and shipping/courier services, photocopying, photos, laser printing and various supplies needed to support the project.
